I am a prospective PhD student specializing in applied cryptography and large-scale searchable encryption algorithms for messaging systems such as iMessage and Meta. My research interests span secure systems, generative AI, and AI explainability, with a focus on developing robust, scalable, and privacy-preserving technologies.

Currently, I am a fourth-year undergraduate at University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC), triple majoring in Applied Mathematics, Cognitive Science, and Computational Mathematics. I am actively involved in research across multiple labs, working on AI explainability, generative AI algorithms, and security in autonomous systems. Additionally, I lead the Autonomous Vehicle Lab and serve as a lead officer for Slug Security.

Some other projects and experiences:

Outside of research, I enjoy exploring emerging technologies, hyperpop and online music culture, and fostering collaborative projects in AI security and cryptography. I’m passionate about community mentorship, having supported over 100 foster youth as a Lead Journeys Mentor at Renaissance Scholars and Senior Board Member of the Smith Society.
